At Menders Construction, our story is built on experience, dedication, and family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Jose, and I\u2019ve been working in construction for more than 25 years. My career began with projects of the highest importance, including work on the Pentagon after the damage of 9\/11. Over the years, I\u2019ve had the privilege of learning every aspect of this trade \u2014 from large-scale remodels to the smallest details that make a house feel like home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After moving to Raleigh, I spent years working with local companies, sharpening my skills and building relationships in this community. But my lifelong dream was always to create a family business. Today, that dream has become reality as I work side by side with my son, Michael, under the name Menders Construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we bring precision, passion, and trust to every project. Whether it\u2019s building a screened-in porch, remodeling a kitchen, crafting a custom outdoor living space, or a simple paint job, we approach each job with the same care as if it were our own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
